Referred to below as "Vitrina" or "we". That email address is a permanent, direct and free channel: writing to it reaches a person, not a form.
This site presents and sells Vitrina: a subscription that builds a local business a website from its Google listing, hosts it, keeps its domain registered and makes the content changes on the owner's behalf.
Browsing the site makes you a user and means you accept this notice as published on the day you use it. Buying the service is governed in addition by the Terms and conditions.
You agree to use the site lawfully and in line with this notice, and in particular not to:
The domain search is informational. It asks the registrar what is available at the moment you ask; it reserves nothing and is not an offer. A name that is free at 12:00 can belong to somebody else at 12:05. The check that counts is the one made at registration time, after payment.
The code, text, design and structure of this site belong to Missing Title S.L. or are used under licence from their owners — the visual template is licensed, not free. Nothing published here transfers any right over them.
Third-party trade marks and logos shown on the site (Google, Stripe, Cloudflare and others) belong to their owners. They are named to explain how the service works; their presence implies no sponsorship or endorsement, and no relationship beyond that of customer or supplier.
This site links to third-party services — the payment gateway, the customer panel, Google Maps — because the service uses them. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their policies: once you leave ours, theirs apply.
We take reasonable care to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation: there are maintenance windows, supplier incidents and outages outside our control.
Prices shown include VAT and are those in force when published. An obvious typographical error in a price does not oblige us to honour it: if we spot one before the service is supplied, we will tell you and you may withdraw from the purchase at no cost.

This notice is governed by Spanish law. The service is aimed exclusively at professionals and businesses, so under article 54.2 of the Spanish Civil Procedure Act the parties submit any dispute to the courts of Rojales, waiving any other jurisdiction.
We may update this notice when the information it carries or the law requiring it changes. The version that applies is the one published on this page when you visit, and the date of the last update is shown above.
